Enrollment Steps

Applying is easy using our Online Application. Upon completion of your tour, you will be sent the link to our Online Application. Submit your application early! Admissions for the 2026-2027 school year will begin in mid-September 2025 and continue through the end of the 2025-2026 school year. Completed applications for the 2026-2027 school year are due March 31, 2026. Applications submitted after March 31, 2026, may be held until admissions resume in August.

Admissions for the current 2025-2026 school year are open for any class with space available for the first two trimesters of the school year. The application deadline for the current school year admission is January 10, 2026. Applications submitted after January 10, 2026, can be considered for the following school year.

A non-refundable application fee of $85.00 is due upon submission of the student’s application.

After you have submitted your application and supporting materials, our Admissions Office will contact you to schedule a shadow visit or play day.

A shadow day/play date allows us the opportunity to engage with your child, get to know them, assess school readiness, and provide your child with a chance to experience a “day in the life” of a CLC student.

Once a family has been offered admission, the Enrollment Agreement and enrollment fee are due within 10 days of the offer.

Financial Assistance

Financial Assistance options are available for students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade. There are several financial assistance options available to families who may be unable to pay the full cost of tuition. Options available include both income-based assistance and special needs scholarships.

Income-Based Assistance

There are two income-based assistance options available to CLC students: Step Up for Students and CLC Scholarships via FAST.

Step-Up for Students

Step-Up for Students is a scholarship program offered by the State of Florida under its school choice options.

Most recently, eligible families received scholarship awards averaging close to $8,000, depending on their income and family size, which significantly reduced the tuition due by the family. They have recently updated accessibility, and more families are now eligible.

CLC Scholarship via FAST

The CLC Scholarship via FAST is CLC’s financial assistance program that is funded by donations and fundraising. Funds are limited. CLC requires that all families applying for a CLC Scholarship fully complete the Step Up for Students application process before their FAST application will be considered.  You should submit both applications as early as possible to ensure all deadlines are met. Your CLC Scholarship application will be verified by FAST and then placed on hold until your Step Up letter of determination is received.
