Financial Assistance

Financial Assistance options are available for students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade. There are several financial assistance options available to families who may be unable to pay the full cost of tuition. Options available include both income-based assistance and special needs scholarships.

Income-Based Assistance

There are two income-based assistance options available to CLC students, Step Up for Students and CLC Scholarships via FAST.

Step-Up for Students

Step-Up for Students is a scholarship program offered by the State of Florida under their school choice options.

In 2022-2023, eligible families received scholarship awards averaging at $7,000 per student depending on their income and family size, significantly reducing the tuition due by the family. They have recently updated accessibility and more families are now eligible.

CLC Scholarship via FAST

The CLC Scholarship via FAST is CLC’s financial assistance program that is funded by donations and fundraising. Funds are limited and CLC requires that all families applying for a CLC Scholarship to fully complete the Step Up for Students application process prior to consideration of their FAST application. You should submit both applications as early as possible to ensure all deadlines are met. Your CLC Scholarship application will be verified by FAST and then placed on hold until your Step Up letter of determination is received.
